Ramen lovers, rub your hands with glee as Menya Kokoro is set to unveil new seasonal tsukemen specials where we would like to have you join us in a media tasting! 

There are two versions to savour: 
Kokoro Tsukemen and Mentai Tsukemen. 

The chewy noodles are served chilled alongside an accompanying bowl of piping hot sauce that packs an umami punch of oceanic flavours – dip, slurp, and repeat! 

The Kokoro Tsukemen comes with freshly grated yuzu peel that refreshes the senses with its citrus notes and is also available in a spicy-numbing option; while the Mentai Tsukemen boasts umami pops of ebiko that lends each slurp a delectable crunch.

 

Watch the noodle magic happen in front of you as Menya Kokoro now makes their own noodles fresh daily, using 100% whole grain wheat flour imported from Japan for an authentic Japanese dining experience.
