Bittersweet, satisfying rich and luscious – Matchastic Xanda (whole, 800g: $55.90; slice: $6.90) is a no-bake cheesecake featuring a fluffy green tea sponge layered with velvety smooth green tea infused cream cheese, decadent white chocolate mousse, and crowned with green tea sponge crumbs for textural contrast. 

Decorative cake toppers and whimsical daisies complete this dessert that is perfect as a not-too-sweet treat for celebrating parents! 

Customers can place their orders for this irresistible treat via www.catandthefiddle.com and at all Cat & the Fiddle outlets island-wide from 11 April to 30 June.
