Duck Shit tea is in fact amongst the most aromatic varieties of Oolong teas. The story goes that the name was given by the farmer who discovered the bush or the process, who chose an unpleasant name in an attempt to hide his secret finds!

One of the main reasons for its popularity is due to its ability to retain its strong and unique aroma despite repeated brews. 

The tea leaves are half fermented and when brewed, produces a clear yellow-orange coloured tea that gives off a strong floral fragrance and is said to be reminiscent of the wild rhymes of mountains along with the taste of roasting fire.

Lucky Duck Shit Tea Drink Series Introduction

 

1) Just Duck Shit 

嘎嘎噶鸭屎香

Premium oolong tea that is intensely aromatic with honeysuckle,

jasmine and gardenia aromas and has mild fruity notes.

 

A well balanced astringency due to it being lightly roasted makes

it a smooth drinking experience!

2) Duck Shit Grapefruitea 

只有香柚没有鸭屎的鸭屎香  

Even though Duck Shit tea shines on its own, it also fits into the role

of a tea base perfectly, blending well with others, especially fruits! 

When paired with Grapefruit, it adds its own colour to the traditional

tea and creates a new luxurious floral fruity flavour that tastes both

fruity and refreshing. 

The drink is completed and topped off with white pearl which offers

a jelly-like firmness with every sip.

 

 

3) Duck Shit Snow Mountain 

 这是什么宝藏雪山鸭屎香

 

Beautiful floral notes paired with the richness of the milk creates

a well balanced and subtle creaminess to the overall flavour.

Completed with a generous swirl of whipped cream with savoury

soybean powder sprinkled right on top.
